I wouldn't spread urea without Agrotain. Too much risk involved unless you are very sure a rain is coming within a day or 2. Agrotain Advanced is 2 qts on urea, 1 quart on 32 0 0 (per ton). Cost locally was around $123 a gallon. 32 nitrogen is half ammonium nitrate so you are very safe on that half.
