Subject: Whats AutoPilot do when AB line crosses itself?

West-Central IL
I have Trimble FMX with Autopilot running RTK on JD RT track tractor. What happens if I cross an AB line. For example what if I select a curve AB and then drove it in a circle 8? Where the two lines cross:
1. would it continue on with the straightest option all of the time
2. sometimes go straight or sometimes try to turn hard
3. would it kick out of Autopilot all together when it got to where the lines cross (in other words it would autosteer most of the figure 8 and I would just have to grab the wheel and steer manually just before it got to where the line crosses
4. would it not autosteer on any of the line at all?

edit: Im not actually making figure 8 guidance line patterns but this was the quickest, easiest way to describe what Im doing without going on and on trying to explain. This is for a real life scenario not just hypothetical.

Thanks
