| Mace nothing is concrete in my operation- I use to sell on superior - didn't see any advantage to a barn close by I like so I stopped using superior
The barn usually never has shrink on them (weighed leaving my place to pay weight ) and they do a really good job selling them and they are cheaper per HD
Sometimes I will sell in the country and usually just go off the weekly summary price with a predetermined slide and shrink
I can't say what will happen - if feeding becomes favorable I may feed some out
Stockers I view as a short term investment - if I can get out with a good return I will - I'm not against backgrounding to 450 weights and replacing them with something cheaper.. Right now I'm looking for a 100$ net - if I can sell a groups tomorrow and net 100 I will I don't care what size they are | |
