| I use to buy sep- feb and market in load lots may- July
Going to try to get to a load a month of feeders and buy weekly (250-450 weights, buying the discounted class) - trying to stay more current with this market
Usually buy fall, sell spring and summer is a better deal, last fall not so much and I have a hole to digout of, in theory staying current I shoulda be able to replace cheaper - I've also went to buying local cattle, SE calves have been hit or miss on sickness/deathloss | |
