I saw 210 even on the scales this morning!! Met my goal with 2.5 lbs lost this week and total loss of 25 lbs. Four 15-16 hrs days putting in a rice crop chunked the weight off of me. When I work really hard long hrs I can lose or maintain weight even when I cheat, because I did this week. I may not be done because I don't really know where my weight is gonna stabilize. I am NOT going back to eating like I was before so I think I can stay close to my current weight. Thanks Deb so much for helping all of us stay accountable with weight loss and better health. I'll still check in often, but probably not every week. Stay the course everybody. IT CAN BE DONE!!
ps - thanks to Von for staying after the thinkings of Karl Denninger on low carbs and weight loss. I think he is spot on there.
