I have a local guy that's a matrix brand authorized dealer. He gets a lot of 36 mo lease returns from gyms and puts on new belts and sells them at about 40% of retail. Ever go the refurbished route? He said 3 years of gym use is nothing for commercial equipment. I suppose that would depend on the gym.
