Don has done a great job keeping the culture of the company intact during a period of great growth. Was in college at KSU the first time we met, he was just as gracious of a guy when I saw him a few years ago in Louisville as he was way back then.
The addition of Jamie Myer and everyone else that moved over from Sunflower after the Agco buyout only made Landoll even better, in my opinion.
