Back in November their department of agriculture put out a statement that they would be lowering price targets on grain production and promoting the production of forage crops due to shortage and dry beans in a region that is prone to drought. It's not something Marty wants to hear but they have been increasing production and in fact we are importing dry beans from China. Wasn't the US top world producer not too long ago with North Dakota leading the way? again the world caught up and passed us.
