No it wasn't that but the way the product performed and how fast it cleaned the oil out of the system . the rep told me he would donate the first jug and if it worked I had to buy a case of the stuff. We have since compared it with both cascade and pinesol and its faster and works better. We have also used the rust cleaner that is nasty stuff . Its what they call Offline cooling system cleaner. I hate to say it but we have cleaned some 6.0 ford oil cooler slogs up with it for guys who dont want to pay to get a new cooler. Its extremey dangerous to use and I would be careful using it and follow directions to a T
