ANYTHING THE GOVERNMENT GIVES YOU WASNT THEIR'S, IT WAS TAKEN FROM SOMEONE (MAYBE SAME PERSON). with that kind of ethic do you really think details matter?
this ARC, PLC thing is stupid, who in their right mind thought the government would get this right. I actually think the new farm bill was more confusing than Obama care. I asked questions in two different counties and got four answers to some questions and no answers to others. And I would put these county gals up against any other county as knowing their stuff. They even admitted it was a cluster.
as for your insurance audit, numbers don't lie, so someone is using the wrong numbers
and to finish this little rant. I am sick and tired of everyone suing everyone else when they don't get their way. sometimes life isn't fair. its time for this country to put its big boy pants back on and grow a set.
