I've been saying this about southern illinois ground on here forever. The guys predicting big reductions in land price have never done business here. Our 150 hi corn ground rarely pencils out, and some never will.
There are a lot of outside forces at play. With deep pockets.

We had some 175 bushel ground go over 10k last week as well.
