$28,700 an acre!!!! Does the farm have an incredible mansion on it and a large milking parlor?? That's not just farmland is it???
I don't know for sure but I believe there is nothing special for buildings on it , if Gerard sees the post he might comment....... common for bare land to bring $22k + CAD in that area .......realtor said common now to see 50% price difference on bare land depending on location |
