You are one of the biggest bulls on this site the last few years always talking about higher prices around the corner. But I guess if you say you never lost sight of it then I guess you can have it both ways.
I'm sorry you and others haven't shared my optimism. :) My posts are usually directed to the other side of "the sky is falling" crowd. "But to the victor goes the spoils" There is no reason why folks that kept the farm together thru the 80s & 90s shouldn't have rewarded themselves three or four years ago. Most of them know exactly what it takes to survive in this new environment and I wouldn't be worried about them. Yes.......I agree with you. You can have it both ways........it's all about timing my friend.
