If you want toys pay cash. Borrowed money on toys is a problem. And oversize homes that have a big mortgage.
Home is paid for and toys aren't bought until i have the cash. Thus why we have been looking at campers for a couple years and haven't bought yet. Everytime i wanted to buy one it seems like my cash found somewhere else it was needed more.. The wife has finally had enough so i guess it's time to bite the bullet. |
