Slow and steady wins the race.
+1000. I have never planted faster than 5 mph other than once in a worked bottom that I tried at 6 mph, after the corn came up and I saw my stand I never did that again. I have a 16 row planter and less than 800 acres of corn, so I don't need to be in a hurry.
Any no-till guys on the high speed planting band wagon?
