Paul(WI) - 2/22/2016 07:28 Wonder if you got some crappy bolts/nuts. We use quite a few SS bolts on livestock equipment around here and the only time I have galling problems is when I used an impact wrench.





Its the lock nut that causes the galling.    

If you need to use the lock nuts you need to use never seize on the threads.
