Central South Dakota | K15 relay is bad.
If that doesn't completely fix you may need the newer style relays to replace the relys that power the can-bus. they re towards the top, but I don't know which two they are without looking at the box in our 8300 tractor.
Edit: K15 is in the panel on the front of the right hand cab console, about half way down, glass side. Just went through this, ours is a 95 model.
