USDA reports that, as of March 2015, on-farm corn stocks are 4.3 billion bushels and on-farm soybean stocks are 0.609 bushels. That's less than 35% of 2015 corn production. Here is a link to USDA spreadsheet that shows on-farm stocks of corn and soybeans for years 1900 through 2015:
