Life's but a walking shadow | If you look here: http://www.eia.gov/todayinenergy/detail.cfm?id=11211 it looks like that as the Northeastern states tighten sulfur content in their heating oil the board has adopted ULSD as the basis of the contract but kept the old name. But you want to keep in mind that the board price is the NY harbor price so depending on where you are located there could be quite a difference.
