EC IL		What is " school land"? And why do they own 2 irrigated quarters?

Man, I feel for you guys. Your tax situation is atrocious. It can't continue much longer can it?

Do you think taxation is a big factor in the lack of interest in Nebraska? Certainly the downturn is more amplified there than else ware.

What has driven this dire situation in a rural state like Nebraska?
