Saronville NE | Our local county had sealed bids on a half section of irrigated they have, its up every 3 yrs. Only had one bid and it was the present tenent. $392, everyone shaking their heads around here, its far from a top farm. Nobody has a clue how that works, but guy who bid is very aggressive and keeps rents up around here. Very very competitive area I'm in. I've been told farmers national uses this area as a guide for their rental rates, since our area seems to be highest in the state. | |
