Coldwater, Michigan | Atrazine does not kill panicum! If I remember Atrazine isn't even labeled for Panicum. Don't remember whether Bladex was or not. Geigy Chemical did have a good Triazine that would kill Panicum but don't know whether it is even available anymore. It was a chemistry that was just as well to plan on having labeled crop in the for 2 years because it was not rotation friendly. It was the same Chemistry as "Aquazine" used in ponds for weed control.
