If you only wanted to not "see" last years coverage, use a different Event name, such as "Tillage 2016". There is a lot of memory for things like field data and summaries, etc. as they are small files normally. If you just want to clean up the data in the display, go to "Data Files, then Delete Data, from there you can expand field data and delete individual fields, events etc. Like has been said, most users do not use "Summaries" so that can usually be deleted safely, the biggest gain that I have seen in available memory or performance is to delete "Diagnostics". As long as you are not having any trouble with the monitor you should not need this data, and it will free up a lot of memory as it will delete un-necessary screenshots which take up a quite a bit of memory. You know the camera button in the top right of some screens takes a screen shot, so does pressing the "House" button when you are on the Home screen, as well as the "Tractor" button when you are on the run screen. If you want a good laugh, copy Diagnostics to a USB and browse it on your computer, you will be amazed how many meaningless screenshots there are.
