Dearfield Co. | What you show as a T bone in your picture is what my father always called a 7 bone----------It has a smaller "eye" due to its location in the loin . I never knew of a porter house steak until recent years and actually think it should be better classified if you called it a roast. I can't remember how many TRUE t bones he told me there was after I had my first beef processed but I got robbed by the locker and only got 7 bone and what you refer to as porterhouse. The actual T bones went to Omaha LOL | |
