Not a lot to disagree with . House is a liability not an asset. If more folks would look @ a house in those terms, would help put them on a stronger financial footing.
As far as the last quote, not much to disagree with there either. Formal education in this country has pretty much became a parasitic blood sucking tick, that continues to suck the life blood out of folks for a big chunk of their adult life.
