Middle Tennessee | Guys I'm interested in a general sense of how feeders and industrial consumers use the board. I'm specifically talking about grains, you know, agricultural commodities which can be hedged on the board (so I guess hay wouldn't count unless its somehow fungible with wheat).
For those of you guys who use these goods (consume grain produce meat) in your businesses, what percentage of your needs are typically hedged on the board going into a typical annual cycle. I know these markets are never typical, but just curious about how the board expresses future demand. So, 20%? 50%? 75%?
