You nailed it. If I hit APH I can make money at these prices on every acre I farm, that's if the weather cooperates. Even the irrigated has been a little erratic the last few years so I can't even count on that.
Kinda wondering if I should sell some now or not. Dryland can go 50-150 if it decides to rain and when.
