Subject: Help with high pH soil, corn starter recommendation. Soil test pic

SE Kansas
Got a grower that farms down along the river in fairly high pH ground with a lot of tied up phosphorus. He's been running 15 gal of 10-34-0 with 3 gal 32%, 1.75 gal thio-sol, and a quart of zinc.

Were looking to try out something new and away from the straight rate of 15 gal of the pros. Any ideas? He has slowly brought up the P1 and P2 levels over the past 15 years. When their first samples were pulled, phase levels were down around 1-2 PPM.

Also, they have not applied any Potash products in the starter for the past 10-12 years either, and the soil tests have not shown a drop either, so that leads me to believe that the corn is not taking up any K, despite not seeing K deficiency.

Edited to add: We have been messing around with CPS Accomplish at a 1 gal/ac rate and dropping the 10-34 back to 12 gal and not seeing any effect on the corn. But for the price of the 1 gal of the Accomplish they can purchase the 3 gal of 10-34 for the same price if not cheaper some years, so we've always stuck to what we've done.

Really looking for ways to access the tied up Phos....

Ill attach a picture of the soil tests.
