Minn | We had a rented farm that had bad soil erosion, we tried no till and running the rows up and down the hill for 3-4 years and we tried running the no till rows perpendicular to the hill 3-4 years but the ONLY way we could stop the erosion was when the landlord tiled the entire field with 50' spacings. The lines went perpenicular to the slope. The last few years we ran the rows up and down the hill with no erosion. I wouldn't of believed it if I hadn't seen it | |
