| I found a dolly so that I can pull it behind the 4240 and use the hydraulic from the tractor. I had used the drop deck but the augers kept plugging because of not enough angle. Last winter I found a shipping container trailer that will either pull behind semi or on my dolly. I use it to put dry fertilizer into the 16 r 7200 planter. I have a seed fertilizer tender for a very reasonable price. The guy with the trailer is in Sioux Falls SD and if I remember right it is Haber trucking or something real close to that. He advertises in the farm country trader. He was asking $2500 for the trailer and that was with good rubber. He had some for less money but the rubber wouldn't pass DOT. That is the reason it goes behind the farm tractor. I think he had a couple left not long ago. | |
