weeeelll that might change things alittle, if you have control on the baling, or how much residue is removed then i'd go with it.

make sure you understand who is making the decisions in regards to the baling time and procedure.  if you are just hiring a crew to bale is one thing, but if you are signing a contract with that feedyard to provide stalkbales, and they handle things from there.  that's when things can get kinda sketchy.
