SW Michigan | Growing up I don't ever remember eating so much processed food for our main meals as we do now.. processed food was usually a snack and I don't ever remember getting so many refills in Soda as my kids do now at restuarants!
When you start centering you're meals around more natural foods (organic has nothing to do with this) and not from a box the ratio of nutrients start to balance themselves out a little (higher protein, moderate amounts of fat and lower carbs). | |
