Mid-Michigan | I'm glad my dads ground was bought in the 60's and mine in the 80's. I'm also glad I've been 2nd on three different bidding situations in the last 3 years. There is a big difference between me and crieff. They have the money and I don't. They also have money pouring in daily. I don't. My last 240 acres came from the bank in the early 80s. I think I may have a chance again here soon at some more reasonaly (not cheap) priced dirt. Just not sure if I want to now. Things are in sight to be paid off with a very good line of equipment. Kinda fun just being happy with what I have instead of what I used think I needed. | |
