"Today, yields, efficiencies, etc are approaching stagnation" Really, you would know that how? I bet a lot of people have thought that since the first tractor was invented. I don't think farming will ever quit getting more efficient. Yields will keep increasing, and technology will keep make farming more acres easier. That is how it has always been and will continue to be that way.
