south central mn | Signed up for CSP three years ago as a sole proprietor. In year two with the addition of a son to the operation an LLC was formed and our CSP contract was switched to that entity. We were told that we are getting booted from the program because we didn't receive new DUNS and SAMS numbers. Were told that there are a few others in the county in the same predicament and nation wide there are many. At this point a decree came down from Ceasar in Washington that there will be no reconsiderations given to allow the transition to the LLC. When the entity change was made we were NEVER told that new SAMS and DUNS were needed. Anyone else in the same predicament??? | |
