A guy that farms dryland in our area farms some small pieces older folks own for like 10 or 12 an acre for the last ten years but has never paid it. No fertilizer, lime, bin run seed, just a stand up guy.
you really got to appreciate nice helpful guys like that who are so kind and helpful to the elderly, he probably tells them he can't afford the rent because the crops are so poor and pockets a big insurance check too, |
