Obviously local reputation is important. It he chose to rent for pie in the sky $ from a farmer from who knows where, which is common now days than the landlord has to accept the risk. Expansion of acres doesn't mean more income if you loose money on the new acres. Many of these numbers simply don't show that you will make money on them. |
