Ea. Washington | My dad used to make horseradish, the most powerful water in the eyes stuff. He was the only one that could eat it and that was just to show us how tough he was. One day while making some he had it in a colander to drain and dropped it on the floor. he scooped it up and rinsed it off in the sink. That batch was really good so after that he always rinsed it off and we all could enjoy it. Might try that with some.
