| There is a local shed out here on the west coast that vacuum packs corn in trays 52 weeks per year not this company although. The last local corn was packed just before Thanksgiving. In the winter the harvest moves moves down to the Imperial valley in El Centro, CA and over in Yuma, AZ. Occasionally they have to get corn out of Florida. We start planting sweet corn hopefully in late January early Feburary up here depending on how cold the ground is and how cold it gets at night.
Unless the corn is frozen at harvest the corn isn't going to last that long.
