I highly recommend doing nothing at this point. Almost all 3-4 year olds stutter at some point. Like others said, their minds are developing faster than their speech can keep up.
Just smile and tell him that was interesting when it finally comes out.
(both our boys when through phases of stuttering around that age and quit. We didn't do anything to try to combat it)
