Dearfield Co. | another thread about this down stairs-------I like deep fried but the family is burnt out on it. In typical tradition here we have 4 birds going one in a stick smoker, one in a Trager and one in a Big green egg. The other is the woman's entry to the turkey com off which is a brined bird cooked in the oven. The smokers this year have involved a few to many adult beverages that come in a jug with a big handle on it. That was the tradition when we just had stick burners and they needed watched. Will see which is preferred but have no fried to report on lol | |
