Manitoba | seems despite my best efforts to be sure all keys are off when we park our equipment far too often something is left in acc or power is draining somewhere and we damage perfectly good batteries. I was thinking of adding battery disconnects / shutoffs to everything to make it standard protocol to shut off battery switch every time we shut something down.
question, is there any downside to having one of these on a machine? I have always wondered if a possibly poor connection in one of these will reduce the starting capacity of a battery vs one directly hooked up. and if so is there a type I should look at getting that will be significantly better than others?
thanks. | |
