Happened here as well lost 3 single store dealers all of whom were excellent. JD HQ seems to have forgot who built the company from the ground up. That was customers and Mom & Pop home town dealers busting their rear to provide sales, service and parts. Can't tell you how many times the local dealer's wife drove to Columbus warehouse with the station wagon to pick up parts and have them on hand for customers.
