SW Sask | Dad had a small Leon, I'm tempted to say 6 or 7 yd with ejector. He used it for years behind a 225 Steiger, and never had a problem bigger than a flat tire.
Now, I believe that most of what has been posted is true - Leon is pretty light compared to some of the others, so I assume that the price is as well.
So: if you're going to use it YOURSELF, and treat it accordingly, there is no reason it won't work.
(related note: he also had Noble K-type wide-blade cultivators in a hitch for three that we used to use for summerfallow when the weather permitted. Spent LOTS of hours pulling 21ft at 4mph, because the tractor was big enough that it wouldn't "give" if we found off a rock...
