Its RTK renewal time and I got the crazy idea to look into owning my own RTK base station instead of subscribing.  What would be involved?  I don't own a tall tower and am spread out over 40 miles so I'd probably have to go with some sort of cellular system.  It would be nice to have the base at my house use a cellular system.

Something tells me that my payback is going to be a LOOOONG time.  We run Trimble FMX units andI already have Trimble DCM3000 units in both tractors for Vehicle Sync.
