Had a good week watching all the rain, we got a total of 4 inches, so will be done with the fall field work.  Had a 2 pound lose going mid week then ate too much of the right foods and only ended up with  one pound lost this morning.  Still happy that I am heading in the right direction and hope to have a good week with Thanksgiving being a little concerning.  Will have a good time with all the family and watch my portions and no seconds.  Will have a little pumpkin pie minus the crust, but with whipped topping.  Ah, life is good.
