We went for our honeymoon ten years ago. Stayed on two islands. Seemed like the hotel had plenty of help/meetings/concierge type of assistance that planning your own schedule and activites is fairly easy. We did not do a preplanned trip but picked out a bunch of activities at the welcome meeting at our hotel.
