Do you have fixed wireless providers? Ask neighbors what their using from local providers. I would go cellular and maybe install a booster like a zboost to help with stronger signal if needed. Standing on the ground outside my shop I can't get LTE but I know it's available off the local tower I installed a zboost booster and now get LTE signal in and around the shop.
