I'm not quite understanding this part of it.
Payments are based on what the farmer growing the crop turns in, and are paid to the active grower.
Crop share would split the payments between the farmer and land owner, as the landowner is materially participating in marketing, purchases, and so forth.
Im not saying you are wrong; I just don't understand what is happening where you are?
