| Don't feel bad! I have been trying to get started since 1982! I seem to grow a little every year but I am still not considered big enough to amount to anything. I agree most landlords thin there is some prestige in having a BTO farm their ground. They think the new machinery and hired help means they are good farmers. I personally think it is a lot safer to rent to the guy running older equipment himself as odds are good the BTO is leveraged to the max and the smaller guy is running out of his checking account. | |
